Get a shipping quoteCan I send an enquiry in my own language?

How quickly will I hear back?
The Linktop Cargo desk usually answers within one working day.
Who is Linktop Cargo?
Linktop Cargo is an authorised international sales channel for Guangzhou Link-Top International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (广州市连达国际货运代理有限公司). Established in 2007.
What details do you need for a freight quote?
Send the origin and destination, commodity, package count, packed gross weight, dimensions, preferred mode and delivery scope. Add a requested arrival date or any special handling needs. The shipping enquiry builder keeps these details together.
How do FCL and LCL differ?
LCL shares container space with other shipments. FCL books a container for one shipper’s cargo. Compare both options using the same packed goods, destination and handling scope; see Maersk’s ocean freight guide.
What does DDP mean?
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Under this trade term, the seller handles import clearance and duty to the agreed destination; name the place and confirm the full service scope before booking. Read the Incoterms comparison and ICC’s Incoterms 2020 overview.
Can I ask for sea DDP shipping?
Yes. Sea DDP is an option to discuss for your specific cargo and destination. Ask for a written quote stating the agreed customs, duty, tax and delivery responsibilities, included charges and cargo acceptance.
Can I request full-container delivery to a port?
Yes. Send the origin, destination port, container requirement and goods to request a quote. Agree cargo acceptance, port handling and collection responsibilities in the written quotation.
Which dedicated-line regions can I ask about?
Ask about dedicated lines to Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia and South America. Give your exact country, postcode, goods and shipping mode.
Can you quote FBA forwarding or warehousing?
You can enquire about FBA forwarding and warehousing. Share the cartons and receiving instructions, and specify any storage or extra handling you need quoted.
How much will shipping cost, and how long will it take?
Rates and timing are quoted for your cargo, packing, route and delivery scope. Ask for quote validity, included and excluded charges, the proposed schedule and the point from which timing is counted. No general website rate or transit window replaces your written quote.
What happens after I prepare a shipment request?
The request stays as a draft until you send it. Open it in WhatsApp or email, or copy the text, check the recipient and shipment details, then send through that app.
Can I ship batteries, liquids or other special cargo?
Flag the goods and handling requirements in your enquiry. Cargo acceptance and any documents needed are confirmed for the proposed route and service before booking.
Which delivery responsibilities should I compare?
Compare the agreed trade term and named place, transport responsibilities, customs, duties and taxes, and final delivery. Risk and costs can transfer at different points. See the Incoterms guide and check the responsibilities in your written quotation.
Which paperwork should I prepare?
Start with your commercial invoice, packing list, goods description and importer details. The transport documents and any battery or origin information depend on the cargo and destination. Use the shipping documents checklist to list what you hold and what still needs confirmation.
Is my cargo insured?
Cargo insurance must be separately confirmed; carrier liability is not the same as cargo cover. Ask who arranges any cover, the insured value, exclusions and claim terms. See the CIF insurance explanation when comparing a sea-freight trade term.
How will I receive shipment updates?
The update contact and tracking arrangement belong in your shipment instructions. Ask the desk which reference applies to the booked service, who sends status updates and how to report an exception.
What if a sea shipment arrives late or damaged?
Keep the booking reference, delivery records, photos and packing evidence. Report the problem through the contact agreed for your shipment, within the service’s notification deadline. Review the applicable carrier and insurance claim terms and confirm any extra handling charges.
