Who controls enquiry data

Ryanfulfil, based in Singapore, is the controller responsible for personal data in enquiries sent through Linktop Cargo. Contact sales@linktopcargo.com or WhatsApp +86 178 4666 9989. The forwarding company and the contracting party named on a quotation have their own responsibilities for shipment data.

Purposes and lawful basis

We use enquiry details to answer your questions, prepare quotes, arrange and handle shipments and follow-up. Where applicable, the lawful basis is taking steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, and legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing shipment records. We do not use shipping enquiries for unrelated marketing.

Who may receive details

The sales desk, 广州市连达国际货运代理有限公司 and shipment partners may receive details needed for your enquiry or shipment. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request records. WhatsApp handles messages you choose to send; mail routing and mailbox providers handle email you send. Information is shared to the extent needed for the requested service.

International transfers and safeguards

Enquiry information may transfer to Singapore, China and countries where messaging, mail, hosting or shipment providers operate. Safeguards and any applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and transfer. Ask the data protection contact for details about the safeguards relevant to your request.

How long records are kept

We keep WhatsApp enquiries with no fixed deletion date and use them only to answer your enquiry, quote and handle a shipment. Email and shipment records are kept while needed for those purposes, follow-up or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion; records may need to be retained for a legal obligation or an ongoing matter.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability. Where consent is relied on, you may withdraw it. Contact the data protection contact to exercise these rights and identify the relevant enquiry. We may need enough information to verify and handle your request.

Complaints

You may complain to the appropriate supervisory authority. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); EU visitors can contact their local data protection authority. You may also contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission or raise a concern with our data protection contact.

What information is required

A useful freight quotation requires the route, goods, packing and requested scope. A reply channel is needed to respond. You choose whether to provide optional details. If key information is missing, the sales desk may need to ask for it before quoting.

Automated decisions and profiling

The website does not make automated decisions about shipment acceptance or use the enquiry builder for profiling. A prepared draft is not a booking or an accepted quotation.

Details from another person

If a colleague or shipment partner gives us your business contact or delivery details, we use information from that person to handle the relevant enquiry or shipment. Contact the desk if those details need correcting.

Drafts and browser storage

The enquiry builder holds entered details in the current page only. It does not write browser storage keys, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or persistent identifiers. Closing or reloading the page clears the draft. Your browser or messaging app may manage its own autofill or draft history. Copying a draft writes the text to your clipboard at your request.

Drafts can include a short name for the current page and one source label from your current link or the referring website’s hostname. Internal links keep their original addresses. You can change or remove the context before sending your message.

Hosting and analytics

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request data for delivery and security. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless visit and page-performance statistics. It uses no cookies. Its beacon measures page paths, referring sites, country, browser and device information. It does not collect text entered in the enquiry draft. We may temporarily pause the analytics service for maintenance. For details, see Cloudflare Web Analytics data and metrics.

Changes to this notice
