Air freight and express shipping from China.

Which receiving point should I specify?

Specify airport delivery or delivery to an address for air freight. For express, provide the destination country, city and postcode. The sales desk can quote the option available for your specific cargo.

Where can I ask about air-freight collection?

You can ask about air-freight collection from Guangzhou or Hong Kong. Send your cargo location and the origin collection you need.

Which express channels can I ask about?

Ask about express with DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. Share your cargo, origin and destination to compare channels.

How should I prepare mixed cartons for a quote?

List the packed weight and outer dimensions of each carton, grouping identical cartons together. Ask whether the proposed service assesses each package before adding the billable weights, and which divisor and rounding rules the quotation uses.

What size do I give for an odd-shaped item?

Give the length, width and height of the rectangular space your packed item occupies, reaching the outermost points of any protrusions. Describe its packaging and ask the Linktop Cargo desk to confirm how the proposed service will measure it.

Could size or handling add to the charge?

Size, packaging or special handling may add to the quoted charge. Ask for each applicable charge to be itemised in writing, and confirm cargo acceptance and the full charge for your packed shipment.

What special cargo information should I send?

Send battery, liquid, powder, branded-goods and other handling details before booking so eligibility can be confirmed for the proposed service.

How do volume and weight affect a quotation?

Packed size and weight both affect an air or express quote. Give the outer dimensions and gross weight of each carton, and ask which divisor, rounding and minimums apply.

Review the battery and restricted-goods information and the quotation checklist before booking.
